3. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, clients are responsible for providing necessary materials, access, and timely feedback. Delays on the client's end may result in adjustments to project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated in a separate service agreement, upon full payment for our services, the intellectual property rights of the custom-coded websites and assets developed specifically for the client are transferred to the client. MK Web Agency retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MK Web Agency makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

In no event shall MK Web Agency or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or the delivered services.

6. Revisions and Errata
